CNC busbar machine punching unit

CNC busbar machines are mainly used in high and low voltage switch cabinets and transformer manufacturing industries to bend, punch and cut copper and aluminum busbars.

Three functions in one machine: punching, bending and cutting (three in one). Let’s introduce the functions of the punching unit:

1.Punching

⑴The punching unit adopts ductile graphite casting and an integral six-mode turntable. The punching position is accurate to ensure that the top and bottom molds are absolutely centered. This can improve the consistency of the mold and extend its service life. The punching mold can be customized to facilitate punching modifications. 

⑵The punching unit is equipped with automation and CNC functions, making the operation more precise, faster and controllable.

⑶Can be customized and adjusted according to user needs.

2. There are some details about stamping that need to be noted:

(1) When installing the mold, please note that the top and bottom dimensions of the mold should be the same.

(2) When installing waist holes or special holes, pay attention to the direction of the upper and lower mold positioning keys.

(3) The mold that needs to be punched can only work after being placed under the punched crossbar.

(4) After setting the X-axis and Y-axis dimensions of the positioning scale, the copper strip should be close to the scale (to reduce errors).
