MOTI CNC busbar processing machines are powered by three independent hydraulic power units.
1. CUT--double column shear structure
The cutting position adopts a double-column structure, with flat cutting, no waste, no burrs, and no leg collapse.
2. PUNCH--toothed combined six-mode turntable
(1) Three positioning methods: laser pointer/coordinate axis positioning/positioning pin help to easily find the center of the hole in the punching machine
(2) 6 sets of punching mold installation turntables. No need to change mold frequently
3. BEND--Siemens system control
(1) Programmable instrument system, high bending accuracy
(2) Vertical bending/edge bending (horizontal/plane bending)/Z-shaped bending/U-shaped bending/embossing/twisting bending, etc. can be completed.
(3) Just enter the data and the machine will run automatically.
