Punching:The punching unit adopts ductile graphite casting, an integral six-position turntable, accurate punching positioning, and customized punching molds to facilitate punching modifications.

The punching unit has four punching methods:

#1. According to the copper bar size, the mold turntable directly punches holes

#2. Punching positioning pin positioning: can locate any position

#3.x-axis and y-axis coordinate positioning: suitable for a large number of busbar operations

#4. Laser positioning: high positioning accuracy and easy operation

The punching mold adopts a polyurethane pad + spring design: the mold returns the material faster and the workpiece effect is better.

The punching station adopts a precise 60mm large-diameter hydraulic column: the shearing force and punching force are more stable, powerful and uniform, and the effect of the processed workpiece is better.

In addition, we can customize the size of punching molds according to customer needs.
