The three-in-one busbar machine has three functions (bending, punching, and shearing). It is specially used to process aluminum for electricity, high and low voltage electrical appliances, and bus ducts. It can bend, punch, and cut copper or aluminum busbars of different specifications.
Bending station: Siemens control system with touch screen, by changing different bending tools, it can perform vertical bending, horizontal bending, U-shaped bending, Z-shaped bending, torsion bending, embossing, etc.
Punch station: toothed combined six-die turntable, 6 sets of die installation turntables, no need to change molds frequently.
Shearing station: Double-column structure shearing station, flat shearing without waste, no burrs, and no leg collapse.
